DEER ROAST 
2 bay leaves
Thyme
1 pod pepper

Marinate in cooking sherry or vinegar for 24 hours. Roast in oven. Baste often with: 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. garlic (optional) 1/4 tsp. paprika 5 tbsp. butter or oil

Mix together for basting the roast.
