FRUIT PUNCH | |
1 cup orange juice 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 2 cups cranberry juice 2 cups apple cider 2 large bottles ginger ale, chilled ice cubes In a large glass container, stir fruit juices together. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Just before serving, pour over ice cubes in punch bowl. Add ice cold ginger ale. Taste and adjust to your liking; add a little lemon juice for tartness, or some sugar or honey to sweeten. Garnish with lemon slices or mint stems. Sometimes we add frozen fruit to the punch bowl at the very last minute. After the fruit thaws and the punch is gone, the fruit may be served over ice cream or topped with whipped cream.
