2 small boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
2 sticks butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (10 oz.) box thawed broccoli
4 eggs

Mix and bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 to 40 minutes at 375°F.
