2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
10 oz. chopped broccoli
4 eggs, well beaten
8 oz. grated cheese
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 medium onion, chopped

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased pan.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
