WILTED LETTUCE SALAD 
6 c. shredded lettuce
1/4 c. sliced scallions
1/4 c. sliced radishes
8 oz. sliced bologna
6 bacon slices, diced
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
2 chopped boiled eggs
Saltine crackers

In large salad bowl, combine lettuce, scallions and radishes. Add bologna and cooked bacon chips to salad bowl. Add vinegar and salt to skillet where bacon was fried. Bring to a boil. Pour over salad and toss. Garnish with eggs. Serve with Cheddar corn chowder and saltine crackers. Makes 4 servings.
