CHICKEN OR TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, other vegetables opt., cook slightly
2-3 c. cooked diced meat
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 - 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Pepper & salt
1 c. corn flake crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Lay vegetable in casserole. Layer meat over, pepper lightly. Mix soup, mayo, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Pour over meat. Sprinkle cheese over soup mixture. Sprinkle crumbs over this. Drizzle butter over and salt lightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Can be made a day ahead.
