CHICKEN OR TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 (7 1/2 oz.) pkg. Creamettes, uncooked
2 c. milk
2 c. diced chicken
1 can celery soup
1 can cream mushroom soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. jar pimento
Chopped onion to taste

Combine all ingredients. Put in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.

Yields one large casserole or 2 small.
