TURKEY OR CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked, chopped chicken or turkey
2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. slivered almonds (may substitute water chestnuts)
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 hard cooked chopped eggs
1/2 c. chopped celery

Mix together and let set overnight. Sprinkle top with crushed potato chips or crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
