TURKEY (CHICKEN) CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. chicken bouillon
2 1/2 c. milk
10 slices American cheese
3 c. cubed cooked meat
2 c. cooked macaroni
2 tbsp. pimento or frozen peas to taste
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Cook onion in butter; stir in flour and bouillon. Add milk and cheese. Coo, stirring until thick and cheese is melted. Combine turkey, macaroni and pimento (or vegetable). Stir in sauce. Put in greased 2 quart dish. Put crumbs over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
