PORK ROAST WITH CHILI GRAVY 
1 lg. pork roast
1/2 bottle Mexican chili powder
1 tbsp. flour
2 c. broth from roast
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook pork roast in crock pot on low 8 ours, until very tender. Take roast out of crock pot and put in a glass baking dish. Take 2 cups of broth in a saucepan; mix flour, 2 tablespoons of chili powder, salt and pepper. Mix, stirring until lightly thickened. Pour over roast and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
