MOCHA BUTTER FROSTING 
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
3/4 tsp. instant coffee granules
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Cream butter, cocoa, coffee granules and vanilla in a small mixer bowl. Add egg; gradually beat in sugar until of spreading consistency. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons water if too stiff to spread. Makes about 1 1/2 cups frosting.
