PORK PIE 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground pork (lean)
1 med. onion
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Ready made pie crust or make your own if desired

Saute diced onion with butter in frying pan until slightly brown. Add ground pork and cook until done, stirring frequently. Let cool. Then add cinnamon and salt and mix thoroughly.

Place meat mixture in a large bowl and fold in mashed potatoes. Make sure you have more meat than mashed potatoes in the mixture. Line pie tin with crust. Fill with mixture and top with other crust. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of crust and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
