KOREAN BEEF 
1 sm. rump roast, sliced thin by butcher before cooking
6 green onions, chopped
2-3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tsp. garlic salt
1-2 tbsp. sesame OR soy oil

Cut or tear meat into 2 x 1 inch pieces. Sprinkle sugar over meat and stir. Add garlic salt and stir. Add soy sauce and stir. Add onions and sesame seeds and stir. Last, add oil and stir. Marinate 1/2 hour, then fry over medium heat and add oil if necessary. Keep pieces separate while cooking, and only 1 layer deep in pan at a time.
