BUL-KOGI (Korean Beef) 
1 lb. good quality beef
4 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
2 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
Dash pepper
2 1/2 tsp. sugar
4 tsp. minced green onion
2 tsp. sesame seed
2 tsp. sesame oil

Place beef in freezer and almost freeze. Then slice into paper thin strips. Mix beef strips with all ingredients, except soy sauce. Marinate 2-3 hours. Add soy sauce just prior to cooking.

Cook meat briefly either on grill, in a hot wok or even in a skillet. Since meat is sliced thin it will cook quickly.
