BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. processed Velveeta cheese
3/4 c. regular rice
2 c. water
1 pkg. chopped broccoli
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup

Cube Velveeta cheese and cover bottom of a 9"x9" baking dish. Cook the 3/4 cup rice in the 2 cups water until soft. Drain and place on top of cheese while hot. Cook 1 package chopped broccoli. Add 2 tablespoons butter. Pour juice and broccoli and can of chicken soup over cheese and rice. Stir together. Cover with crushed potato chips. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
