OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. rolled oats, uncooked
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
14 sugar substitutes
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sift first 4 ingredients together; add sweetener to buttermilk. Mix in butter; add this to the flour mixture. Mix until dry ingredients are moistened. Work the dough with your hands until a smooth dough forms; turn on well floured board and roll out thin. Cut out with cookie cutter. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until brown 10-12 minutes.
