KRUMKAKER 
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. butter, melted
3/4 tsp. cardamom
2 1/2 c. flour

Beat well eggs and sugar; add melted and cooled butter. Then add the flour and the crushed cardamom; mix well. Put a teaspoon full of dough on hot krumkake iron. I use medium high heat. At once roll the cookie on a pin a little thicker than a pencil. This is a rich dough, so use a paper towel to wipe off excess fat. Makes about 65 krumkaker.
