GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. minced onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 sm. can mushroom (undrained)
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream

Melt butter, add onion and garlic, saute. Add ground beef and cook until lightly browned. Stir only until redness disappears. Add salt, pepper, mushrooms, flour and soup. Cook slowly for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Serve over rice or noodles.
