BLUEBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. blueberries
4 eggs, separated
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. milk
1 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat egg white until fluffy with 1/2 cup sugar. Set aside. Cream butter with 1 cup sugar, add yolk, beat well. In separate bowl add flour, salt, baking powder. Alternate flour mixture with milk. Add vanilla, and fold in egg whites. Add blueberries. Sprinkle top with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees. 2 loaves 45 minutes to 1 hour. Muffins (24) 25 to 30 minutes.
