BARBECUE MEAT LOAF 
1 med. onion
1 egg
1 1/2 lb. lean hamburg
1 c. bread crumbs
2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce, divided
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Chop onion. Lightly beat the egg. In a large bowl, combine onion, egg, hamburger, crumbs, 1/2 cup tomato sauce and salt and pepper. Pack the mixture into a large loaf pan (or 2 small loaf pans).

Combine the remaining 1/2 cup tomato sauce, water, mustard, brown sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Pour on enough sauce to cover loaf.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally with remaining sauce.
