BROCCOLI, CARROTS, CAULIFLOWER
CASSEROLE
 
1 bag frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, etc. mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 can Durkee onions
Pepper

Mix vegetables, sour cream and soup, 1/2 of onions and 1/2 of cheese into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in covered casserole. Then add remaining onions and cheese to top and bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
