MARSHMALLOW BROWNIES | |
1 c. sugar 1 stick butter, softened 2 eggs 1 c. self-rising flour 4 tbsp. cocoa 1 tsp. cinnamon Dash of salt 1 c. chopped pecans Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs. Sift flour and cocoa together. Add to egg mixture until smooth. Add nuts. Put into a 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Pour small bag of miniature marshmallows over brownies. Return to oven just long enough for marshmallows to melt slightly. ICING: 4 tbsp. cocoa 7 tbsp. milk 1 stick butter Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add 1 box confectioners' sugar (sifted) and 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring. Pour over marshmallows while hot. |
