ANGEL HAIR SPINACH PASTA 
1 oz. olive oil
1 tsp. fresh chopped garlic
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tomato, cut in wedges
4 fresh basil leaves
4 oz. cooked chicken, diced
8 oz. Angel Hair pasta (spinach)

Steam pasta until desired tenderness (about 10-15 minutes) on medium heat. Drain cover and set aside. Saute garlic and onion salt in olive oil on medium low burner. Add tomato, basil and chicken; stir. Transfer pasta to serving dish. Add sauteed mixture and stir. Keep warm until ready to serve. Makes 2 servings.
