ANGELS HAIR PASTA 
1 lb. angels hair pasta
2 med. zucchini
2 cans clear chicken soup
1/2 c. fresh red pepper diced
1/2 c. fresh green pepper diced
2 cloves garlic, mashed
1 med. onion, diced
1 tbsp. salt for pasta
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. frozen peas
2 ripe tomatoes, diced

Place oil in large deep frying pan add all vegetables and salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Cook on low heat for 1/2 hour. Add soup. Cook 5 minutes longer. Boil pasta, drain, add cooked ingredients. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese when served.

If desired 1 lb. small shrimp or scallops may be added to the vegetables.
