YELLOW RICE WITH VIENNA SAUSAGE | |
4 c. water in pot 3 c. rice 2 cans Vienna sausage 3/4 c. tomatoes or 1 (8 oz.) can 1 pkg. sazon goya 1 tsp. adobo 2 tsp. oil in the water Mix oil, sazon, adobo, tomato sauce and the broth from the Vienna sausage. Put in dish and cut in half. Add water and when it starts to boil, add rice. Stir occasionally. Add the cup of Vienna sausages. Put on medium and a top on the pot for 15 minutes, stir and put top on again and put on medium-low for 20 minutes and stir. |
