CARROT CAKE 
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 Jr. jar carrot baby food
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts

FROSTING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix eggs, oil, and baby food together. Mix flour, soda, sugar, cinnamon, and raisins together. Combine both mixtures and nuts. Pour into 9 x 13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour; top with frosting.
