CALIFORNIA CARROT CAKE | |
1 c. salad oil 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. cooked mashed carrots 1 c. chopped nuts 1 c. drained pineapple 1 c. raisins Cream oil, sugar and eggs together; sift flour, soda, and salt together. Add sifted ingredients to creamed mixture. Add remaining ingredients to mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes in a 9 x 13 pan. Frost with Cream Cheese Icing. |
