LOW-CAL TURKEY MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. raw ground turkey
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. bread crumbs
2 celery stalks, minced
Garlic powder
Pepper

Shape into loaf. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes in 350 degree oven. Makes 10 servings at 195 calories each. May add other chopped vegetables.
