SPINACH ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. or can artichoke hearts
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
Bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease casserole dish.

Combine butter, cream cheese and lemon juice. Add to spinach. Place artichoke hearts in bottom of casserole. Pour spinach mixture over. Top with bread crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake 25 minutes, 350 degrees. Serves 6-8.
