"KIDS LOVE IT" CASSEROLE 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked
Water and reserve from drained spinach to equal 1 c.
1 (16 oz.) can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. shredded American cheese
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. salad oil
1 (7 oz.) pkg. shell macaroni, cooked

Brown beef, onion and garlic in oil. Combine spinach liquid, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, paste, salt and pepper. Stir into meat and simmer for ten minutes.

Combine spinach, macaroni and cheese, bread crumbs, eggs and oils. Spread in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Top with meat sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
