PORK CHOPS AND NOODLES 
4 thick pork chops
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. basil
Salt and pepper to taste
3 cloves garlic
2 lg. onions
2 c. uncooked little shell noodles
3 c. canned tomatoes

Season pork chops with salt, pepper and herbs. Brown well in the olive oil. Add sliced onion and minced garlic and cook 3 to 4 minutes, turning the chops in the vegetables. Cover with the uncooked noodles and tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. This may be cooked in a casserole in the oven.
