BAKED PORK CHOP & NOODLES 
4 pork chops
2 (1 lb.) cans stewed tomatoes or plain tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 bay leaf (opt.)
1/2 tsp. marjoram leaf, crumbled (opt.)
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz. noodles
4 onion slices
4 green pepper slices

Brown chops on both sides, drain on paper towel. Mix tomatoes, onion, salt, pepper, marjoram and bay leaf in large bowl. Place noodles, uncooked in baking dish. Pour mixture over, arrange chops on top. Garnish with green pepper and onion slices. Cover tightly and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Check, may need to add water to keep from drying out.
