APPLE CRISP 
6 c. apples, sliced (3 lbs.)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Fill 10 x 7 x 2 inch pan with apples. Sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice. Mix remaining ingredients and then crumble with butter, stir in cheese and place over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until apples are done and mixture is brown.
