BAKED PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1 egg
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Chicken broth
1 onion sliced
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 green pepper

Buy center cut chops 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick. Beat 1 egg. Dip pork chops in egg, then flour, salt and pepper. Brown in fry pan. Put in roaster. Pour enough chicken broth to cover chops. Add sliced onion, mushrooms and bell pepper. Bake 2 1/2 hours or until tender at 350 degrees. May add more chicken broth.
