APPLE PIE IN A BAG 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all together; press into pie pan. Do not roll.

PIE:

Place 6 cups sliced, peeled apples into pie shell. Mix together, then sprinkle over apples: 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. flour

Mix together; put this mixture as best you can over the apples to make a top crust. It is messy, but will bake together in the end.

Place pie inside a large brown paper bag (yes I did say brown paper bag). Seal edge with paper clips. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from bag to cool.
