BROWN BAG APPLE PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. chopped apples
1 pie shell
1/4 c. butter

Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a bowl. Peel apples and cut into little pieces. Add apples to mixture in bowl and toss until coated. Pour into pie shell.

Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup melted butter. Add 1/2 cup flour and mix. Mixture will be lumpy. Sprinkle mixture over apples.

Put pie in a brown paper bag, fold over twice and secure with clothespin or paper clips. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
