BUTTERSCOTCH APPLE PIE 
5 c. peeled, sliced apples
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Cinnamon
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. light cream

Combine apple slices and chips in an unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon. Combine flour, sugar, salt and cream. Drizzle over apples. Place pie in large paper bag. Fasten securely with paper clips. Bake at 375 degrees for 70 minutes. Remove from bag at once and cool. While it is baking may smell like bag is burning but it isn't.
