1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 cups apples, peeled and chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Beat oil, sugar and eggs together; add next 5 ingredients and mix well. Add apples and spread in 9x13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle butterscotch morsels on top and bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.
