CARAMEL CORN 
2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. corn syrup
5 1/2 qts. popped popcorn
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. butter flavoring
Unsalted nuts

Boil brown sugar, butter, salt and syrup (good boil) for 5 minutes. Take off heat add baking soda and butter flavoring and mix well over popcorn and nuts. Spread on cookie sheets. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
