MY WIFES NOT HOME MICROWAVE
SCRAMBLED EGGS
 
2 to 3 eggs
Dash salt
Dash pepper
1/2 to 1 oz. milk

Into a small microwave safe bowl mix 2 to 3 eggs, salt, pepper and milk. Stir thoroughly and microwave for 1 to 2 minutes at medium power. Stir again until well mixed and microwave again 30 seconds at a time until desired texture is obtained. Mix well between cooking times. Do not overcook. Season and eat from bowl.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

I made them in a hurry one AM and even though I just put them in for 2 minutes and let 'em cook... it looked like a souffle when I took them out, lol! But they just needed cutting up... good!!!

I was a bit skeptical about this method, but they turned out to be fairly good. I made them with 3 eggs and 1 oz. of milk. It's a bit tedious, though, to microwave for 30 seconds, mix, and repeat. I must have done that 6 times or more, so it didn't really save much more time over my usual skillet method. But the texture was almost identical, I thought.

Better than I thought it would be! The texture is a bit strange but it tastes just fine, with a fraction of the time and mess.
