CHEESE SALSA DIP 
1 lb. process cheese spread, cubed
1 (8 oz.) jar salsa or 1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro (opt.)

Microwave: Microwave cheese and salsa in 1 1/2 quart bowl on High 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring after 3 minutes. Mix in cilantro. Serve hot with tortilla chips.

Conventional: Stir cheese and salt over low heat until smooth. Mix in cilantro.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
