BANANA ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
7 c. milk
3 c. whipping cream
2 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
6 bananas

Beat eggs until light. Gradually add sugar, beating until thick. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Freeze in ice cream freezer. Makes 1 gallon.

Other fruit can be substituted for the bananas. Try crushed peppermint candy for a taste treat.
