4 eggs
2 c. sugar
4-6 mashed bananas
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 can evaporated milk
1 can water
Whole milk (about 3 qt.)
2-3 pt. strawberries

Beat 4 eggs separately, then add the sugar. Add the bananas, vanilla, evaporated milk and water. Beat until blended. Pour into freezer with dasher in place. Add whole milk to fill line on freezer. Freeze and enjoy!

Recipe can make 4 or 6 quarts of ice cream, depending on size of freezer. Use smaller amount of fruit for 4 quarts of ice cream.
