BANANA ICE CREAM 
4 ripe bananas, sliced
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tall cans Pet milk

Mash banana in small bowl with electric mixer. Stir in sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Gradually add milk. Refrigerate until well chilled. Pour into ice cream freezer container. Churn and freeze according to freezer.
