STRAWBERRY-BANANA ICE CREAM 
2 1/2 c. crushed strawberries
1 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 c. milk
1 1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/4 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla

Sweeten strawberries to taste. Pour lemon juice over the bananas. Beat eggs until foamy; gradually add sugar and beat until thick. Add milk, cream, vanilla and salt to egg mixture. Blend in fruit and freeze.
