STRAWBERRY/BANANA-NUT ICE CREAM 
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 (13 oz.) can condensed milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. fresh strawberries, mashed
2 bananas, mashed
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip (I use Draft's LaCreme)
1 or 2 drops of red cake color
1 c. milk

Beat eggs until fluffy; add sugar and beat until creamy. Add condensed milk and vanilla and mix well. Add together strawberries, bananas, pecans, 1 cup milk and mix well. Fold in Cool Whip and cake color. Add this to above mixture. Pour into freezer and add milk until desired height in a gallon freezer. Makes 1 gallon.
