HAMBURG CHOW MEIN 
2 lbs. hamburg
1 c. sliced onion
2 c. chop suey vegetables, do not drain
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
Salt and pepper

Brown onion and hamburg; drain off fat. Add other ingredients. Let simmer 1 1/2 hours. If too thin, thicken as you would gravy but not too thick. Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
