DILL TOASTS 
2 pitas - white or whole wheat
2 tbsp. + 1 tsp. butter, melted
3/4 tsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Using knife or scissors slice each pita into 8 triangles. Separate each triangle into two at seam. Set the triangles crumb side up on a slotted broiler rack.

Combine butter, dill weed and Parmesan cheese. Use pastry brush to paint (or dot) the butter on the triangles. Bake mid oven 5-7 minutes until just brown at edges and slightly curled.
