CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
Chicken breasts or whole chicken, boiled
1-2 head broccoli
Cream of celery soup
Cream of chicken soup or mushroom soup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Shredded Cheddar or Colby cheese
Buttered bread crumbs
Paprika

Boil the chicken and the broccoli separately and let cool. Cook the soups, lemon juice, and the cheese to use as a sauce. Butter the casserole dish and alternate the layers of chicken and broccoli pieces. Pour the sauce over the combination and top with the buttered bread crumbs. Sprinkle paprika over the top. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until the bread crumbs turn brown.
