LUNCHEON SALAD LOAF | |
2 env. plain gelatin 1 c. celery, chopped 1 c. tomato sauce 1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 c. olives, sliced 1/2 c. pimento, diced 1/3 c. green pepper, chopped 2 c. cottage cheese 1/2 c. cold water 1/2 tsp. salt Soften gelatin in cold water. Heat tomato sauce and add gelatin to dissolve; add vinegar and salt. Cool; sieve cottage cheese and add olives, mayonnaise, celery, peppers and pimento. Turn into oiled loaf pan and chill. Serves 10-12. |
